These Affiliate Terms & Conditions govern participation in the affiliate program operated by Future Craft Academy. By registering as an affiliate, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted all rules stated below.

1. Eligibility & Registration

The affiliate program is open to individuals aged 18 years and above. Businesses, institutions and organizations may also apply. All information submitted during registration must be accurate and truthful. Submitting false information may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

2. Affiliate Access & Referral Links

Once approved, affiliates receive access to referral tools and a unique tracking link. All commissions are recorded using this link only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and referral details.

Any attempt to copy, share or manipulate links unfairly is considered misuse and will result in disqualification.

3. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates are encouraged to promote in a responsible and honest manner. You must NOT:

• Make false claims about income or guarantees
• Misrepresent pricing or services
• Promote using misleading or fake reviews
• Hide your affiliate association
• Send spam or unsolicited messages

4. Earning Commissions

Commission is earned only when:

• A real customer makes a purchase using your link
• The order is successfully completed
• No refund, cancellation or dispute occurs

If an order is cancelled, the commission for that transaction will be removed permanently.

5. Refund & Chargeback Handling

Refunds directly affect affiliate earnings. If a customer requests a refund or raises a dispute, the commission credited for that transaction will be reversed.

6. Payout Rules

Commission payouts are processed periodically once minimum balance criteria are met. Payment schedules depend on internal processes and system verification.

Future Craft Academy is solely responsible for processing affiliate payouts and reserves the right to delay, pause or cancel payouts for fraud review, refund processing or verification.

7. Self-Referral & Abuse Prevention

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

• Purchasing via their own links
• Using family or related accounts to earn commission
• Creating multiple accounts for benefit
• Artificially inflating referrals

8. Brand Identity & Usage

Affiliates may use only official brand material provided by Future Craft Academy. You must not modify logos, brand visuals, text or pricing details. Unauthorized branding may lead to action where applicable.

9. Fraud Prevention & Monitoring

We actively monitor referral patterns. Any suspicious activity such as fake leads or repeated cancellations may trigger investigation and permanent account termination.

10. Account Termination

Future Craft Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts without prior notice in case of misuse, policy breach, inactivity, or unethical marketing practices.

Upon termination, any unpaid or invalidated commissions may be cancelled.

11. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions anytime. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to review this page regularly.

12. Limitations of Liability

Future Craft Academy is not liable for:

• Loss of earnings due to system downtime
• Payment delays from third-party services
• Tracking interruptions
• User cancellations or disputes

13. Legal Jurisdiction

All affiliate disputes will be governed by Indian law under the appropriate court jurisdiction associated with Future Craft Academy.
