3. Commission Eligibility & Tracking

Affiliate commissions are earned only when:

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

Commissions are strictly tied to successful transactions.

• If an order is canceled, refunded or disputed, the commission is canceled.

• Chargebacks initiated by customers automatically invalidate commissions.
• Fraudulent or invalid referrals will result in immediate reversal.

5. Payment Terms & Threshold

6. Self-Referral Restriction

Any such activity will result in permanent disqualification and commission forfeiture.

7. Advertising Compliance

Affiliates may not:

8. Fraud Prevention

Future Craft Academy monitors unusual traffic patterns, referral behavior and repeated cancellations. Suspicious activity may result in:

• Temporary account suspension.
• Commission blocking.
• Investigation and verification requests.
• Permanent ban for serious violations.

9. Termination Policy

Your affiliate account may be deactivated if:

• Program rules are violated.
• No valid activity occurs for extended periods.
• Fraud or harmful intent is detected.

Upon termination, unpaid balances may be forfeited depending on violation severity.

11. Liability Disclaimer

Future Craft Academy is not responsible for:

• Indirect or consequential losses.
• Technical failures of tracking systems.
• External payment provider delays.

Affiliates must indemnify Future Craft Academy from all claims arising from misuse.

12. Legal Jurisdiction

All affiliate relationships operate under Indian law. Disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of applicable courts where Future Craft Academy is registered.
